Lottery wheel guarantees are in fact true, but you have to have the correct numbers to meet that guarantee. There is no deception going on. Obviously you don't understand what a wheel is. Steve Player does show his winning tickets. But he never claims every person who purchases his system will win. The latest Steve Player [SP] brochure that I received in the mail was for the most recent new system for Pick 3 4, the Surefire 3 or 4 Winning System , each for $125. It supposedly averages 2 Hits every 5 Days. The brochure states that you can play as few as 5 total numbers in the Pick 3 game, and as few as 7 total numbers in the Pick 4 game. Hey there derek7! Well computerized drawings are still a nemesis - Illinois did it for their draw games and really got downgraded on the LP report card. With a few current scandals you can't blame anybody for not liking them. For the most part the most common thread topics in Discussions are cash vs annuity, QP vs self picks, the regular frenzy when a jackpot gets huge (cars, mansions, etc...), Steve Player, Gail Howard, Richard Lustig, etc...etc...

Steve Player is a corporation more or less. At that time NH had determined he had spent about $500,000 to win $296,000. I think if I really tried I could come up with pick3 system that could almost do as well and only cost $1000 a drawing to play and I don't play pick3.
