Problem is, the states need to do more to show their appreciation than just creating new games with the same old odds and percentages of players winning. This evening I installed a new spell checker. Many of you have noticed that the old spell checker has not been working for the past week or so. Unfortunately the installation of the new spell checker meant I needed to install some new technology on the Lottery Post server, which disrupted service to the Web site for about 10 minutes.
