Fooled by Randomness
Unless the PA evening pick-3 drawing has recently started using an RNG, the pick-3 number is determined by 3 individual drawings with each drawing using 10 numbered balls from 0 to 9. A 3 digit number can't repeat unless all 3 digits repeat. If the previous number was 739 and if any other digit but 7 is drawn in the first position, 739 can't repeat. Each individual digit drawing does have an effect on a three digit number repeating or skipping 1 or 2 drawings. ...in all three positions and t

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Some web-sites that give tips on how to win a lottery say to play less drawings and buy more tickets on the drawing you do play. In other words, if a player spends $40 a month playing a $5.00 NY Lotto ticket twice a week, he should play twice a month instead with 20 tickets in the drawing each time totaling $40 to increase the chance of winning. Someone from my neighborhood won the NY Lottery a few years back, he purchased $100 worth of tickets on one drawing to win it. Another person who

New Maryland Lottery Director appointed
Litebets you know I'm on top of these things with the drawings. I contacted them and they said there having some issues with their web-page and are working on it. Apparently it's the weekends that there having the most problems with updating the web-page and phone system. This leads me to wonder if the regular person who dose the job is either on vacation lost their position or is out sick. On most days the midday and evening drawings numbers are posted here on lottery post within 8 to 10 min

How many pre-test draws are normal?
It is true about the balls and machines being traded out but the difference between them are minuscule. The blowers have to be within a certain range and the balls have to weigh within a certain amount and we are talking very little differences they are allowed. As far as pre-testing, it is not so much to see if the machine is working as to make sure you don't have the same numbers pop up over and over. For example, 3 sets of double 7s might trigger another drawing because of the 7s popping o

Higher or Lower
If the number is 4 or 5 then the next draw in that column is50/50. Half the time it will be lower and half the time it will behigher. Are you suggesting that if a drawing results in a 4 or a 5 that the next drawing will never result in a 4 or a 5 in that same column? If the number is 0, 1, 2, or 3 then the next draw in that column will be a higher number 70 to 80 percent of the time. If a 0 is drawn there are 9 higher digits that could be drawn in the next drawing. If all digits have

Premium members: can I get your help?
Hi Maggie, Yes, that is great, thank you! I have updated the chart on page 1, and you can see the info that I used/needed -- which was the start date of the very first drawing for each game. It's basically a big checklist that shows the first actual drawing, and the first drawing in the LP database. If the LP database does not have all the draws I highlight the row yellow. If it does have all the draws, I highlight it gray. That way we can all see at a glance what information I have al

Braking the law
Quote: Is it braking the law if any state at any time was known to change the out come of the number's at any time? Yes it's breaking the law if you are implying that the numbers game is/was rigged in some way. If the lottery draws the number 123 for example they cant change the number to some other number they want to.... if the official drawing numbers was 123 then they cant change it to another number after the drawing. Do lottery people make mistakes like put the wrong numbers on th

Here Is The Proof Your Lottery, Mega Millions and Powerball is Cheating You
I don't wager on the next combination drawn, I wager on the next official combination drawn just like everyone else. But we've mentioned that in a few times this thread already. It's also been mentioned that under state lottery rules the equipment and mechanisms will be periodically tested to ensure a random drawing but it hasn't stopped changes of tampering either. From the Texas site: A pre-test is an unofficial drawing that tests the machine and the ball set used for the day and nigh
