Here Is The Proof Your Lottery, Mega Millions and Powerball is Cheating You
I don't wager on the next combination drawn, I wager on the next official combination drawn just like everyone else. But we've mentioned that in a few times this thread already.
It's also been mentioned that under state lottery rules the equipment and mechanisms will be periodically tested to ensure a random drawing but it hasn't stopped changes of tampering either.
From the Texas site: A pre-test is an unofficial drawing that tests the machine and the ball set used for the day and nigh

Lotto Texas Pre-test Results
A pre-test is an unofficial drawing that tests the machine and the ball set used for a Lotto Texas drawing. Pre-tests ensure that the drawing machine is working well and that balls are drawn in a random way.
The Texas Lottery performs at least six pre-tests before every Lotto Texas drawing. A Lotto Texas ball set passes the pre-tests if the same ball is not drawn five or more times. If any Lotto Texas ball is drawn six times, the entire ball set fails and

Lottery Witness
Has anybody here ever been a witness to a lottery drawing? (mostly interested in PA) if you were could you please describe what you did...
in PA they have a requirement of 55 and older and i'm not 55 yet but i would like to be a witness if i had the opportunity...(they have different ball sets that they rotate for each game (daily number, big 4) and it is the witness that chooses the set)
..another thing ..how come PB or Mega Millions do not have a drawing witness?...i know that there is a

Mega Millions lottery jackpot raised to $220 million
The jackpot in the multistate Mega Millions lottery drawing was raised to $220 million.
The rollover occurred because none of the tickets sold for Friday night's $179 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number. The next drawing will be Tuesday night.
There were 13 second-prize winners from Friday night's drawing: 3 from California, 2 from Maryland, 1 from Michigan, 2 from New Jersey, 4 from New York, and 1 from Virginia. Each second prize ticket matched all fi

NC lottery to begin Pick 3 midday game in spring
The North Carolina Education Lottery wants to begin a midday numbers drawing early this spring.
Lottery executive director Tom Shaheen says the Pick 3 drawing would be performed identically to the numbers drawing held every night.
The midday drawing would be held Monday through Saturday.
Shaheen says an extra daily drawing would raise more revenues while giving the lottery another opportunity to attract players. Shaheen didn't give an exact start date to lottery commissioners hold

Tennessee Lottery: confusion not being cleared up
I was referring to the email KY posted and as you can see, somebody from the Tennessee Lottery lied. The on-going theme in every email response I read was maximizing dollars for education . When people buy PB or MM tickets are they doing it to benefit education or are they really trying to become multi-millionaires?
It's just my opinion but I believe the decision to have a daily live Pick-3 drawings using three sets of balls in a clear bingo/keno type machine was made because the lotteries w

Another day another mistake for the Tennessee Lottery
Ok, I think I got something.
The auditor for the TN lottery gets in a big traffic jam/minor car accident that delays his/her arrival.
Not only that, the computers for the evening drawings aren't booting properly/the lottery software keeps crashing.
It's getting close to the deadline, so the TN lottery employees decide to do a ball drawing instead for that night. So they go into the closet an pull out the good ol' ball machines.
The auditor finally arrives after the drawing has take

Tenn. Lottery players complaining over switch from numbered balls
No. Traditional drawings cannot be just as easily -- or as thoroughly -- manipulated as computerized drawings can.
If you read my postings (or a dozen other peoples') on this subject over the past month you would understand.
You can't SEE what is happening in a computer. There are infinite more ways that a computer could screw up the drawing.
Let's take, for example, a drawing screw-up. Everyone has seen a YouTube or Google video of lottery balls falling all over the floor when a dra

Mega Millions lottery jackpot increases to $96 million
The jackpot in the multistate Mega Millions lottery drawing grew to $96 million Saturday.
None of the tickets sold for Friday's $82 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball. The next drawing will be Tuesday.
There were nine second-prize winners from Friday night's drawing: 3 from California, 3 from New Jersey, 2 from New York, and 1 from Ohio. Each ticket matched all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball number to win $250,000.
The 3 California second prize w

PI method
:)
Nope, the place of the digits do not matter.
Just as long as they come up. 830, and 803 will work the same.
Meaning, if 803 came up, and the next drawing was 936, then play low for the next drawing.
If 830 came up, and the next drawing was 936, or any drawing with 3 in it, then play low for the next drawing.
And vice versa for tracking highs.
