The North Carolina Education Lottery wants to begin a midday numbers drawing early this spring. :) Nope, the place of the digits do not matter. Just as long as they come up. 830, and 803 will work the same. Meaning, if 803 came up, and the next drawing was 936, then play low for the next drawing. If 830 came up, and the next drawing was 936, or any drawing with 3 in it, then play low for the next drawing. And vice versa for tracking highs. :)
