would you pay 2 dollars for a ticket......
No. I already do that with the multiplier for MM. I play twice (about $4.00 a draw) a week for years now. If they were to raise the price to two dollars I would only buy tickets for large jackpots.

do you play every drawing?
I feel that I am better off to play one number for each drawing than several numbers for one. If you play 10 different numbers on one draw you are guaranteed 9 of them will lose! If you play one number on 10 different draws with a strong algorithm or even no algorithm your odds will be better because it eliminates the guaranteed loss. It's also something to look forward to twice or three times a day. This also could apply on big Powerball or MM jackpots, there are usually at least a few rollover

Beating Gail Howard's Record Using Her Own System Challenge
That's reasonable and believable, as you stated you play 20-25 lines and you expect to win at least a free ticket. In the Ohio Rolling Cash5 the odds of winning a dollar back is 1:10 so I'm sure most players expect to win 2-3 dollars back if they spent 25, I do and I do when I play but Ohio has Classic Lotto and MegaMillions which have bigger jackpots so when I play I have to choose if I want to spend $20 and have a good shot at winning 2-10 dollars or a long shot at winning more.

what games does your state not have that you would like to have?
Pari- mutuel Pick 5 like New Jerseys' Cash 5, the pot grows quickly into the $500K+ range in just a few days! We have Pick 5 but the jackpots are fixed or have a painfully slow growth rate. LOL jarasan

Quick Picks
Thats too funny! I like quick picks myself. I heard once that computer generated quick picks are so accurate (or close) because they are drawn from the database history based on that state. So if your lottery has been around long enough to have say 20 or 30 years worth of history, then the quick pick is based on the trends over that period of time. Many, many times my QP's are two of the three numbers that come out either that draw or within a few draws. This is what I've heard, but it sort of m

Match 6 $4,950,000 CASH!
My hope is that the people at the lottery commissions will come to their senses and revert back to the prior form of pick 6/49 etc.. I am pretty sure the revenue has dropped for these new style games because everybody I know has stopped palying them(the jackpots grow very slowly, the only people playing don't know the diff). The consultants or whomever proposed these changes should be made to pay the lost revenue and work up costs for not consulting with the people that play these games. But

$370 MILLION: Mega Millions sets all-time lottery jackpot record
Hello everyone I'm posting for the first time...after picking myself up off the floor from boo-hooing b/c I didn't win . Someone posted earlier about New York being the place where jackpots go to die. I agree. I'm happy for the winners...but truth be known....I wanted to win s.o.m.e.t.h.i.n.g.

At least 2 lottery winners will split record $370 million jackpot
I know!!! It should have at least gone to $15 million. I keep saying that these lotteries need to focus on high jackpots. People who want better odds with smaller prizes should just play something else. The crazy odds in this game make no difference to people once the pot grows so large and sales would probably be high on an average rate. I have a question though...if if rolled until Friday, it would have been $470 mil, now it's $15 mil, and the winners split $370 mil....so where did that $100 m

At least 2 lottery winners will split record $370 million jackpot
Does anyone else feel a little sick looking at the Jackpots page? That red $358 million drop just jumps out at you! Climbed so high, it had to come back down someday.

$355 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot increased
It has never rolled once they move the drawing. Then again it has never gotten this big. I'm sure it will be around 360-365 before the actual drawing tuesday night. With the added sales I'm sure a rollover is only a 40% chance. For those wanting smaller odds and smaller jackpots once the states see how much money is rolling in you can forget about an odds reduction at the current ticket price.
