Congratulations to Ohio for winning the jackpot. If nobody had won the jackpot, the estimated jackpot for Friday would have been 331 million or an increase of 54 million [estimated]. I wonder if a group won a jackpot or an individual?

I had to open my mouth. Mega Millions did, in fact, increase its estimated jackpot to $267 million. I hope my ticket wins tonight; it's my first time playing MM since last December 30 (last Christmas and New Year's Eve weekends, I played every IA and IL rolling jackpot game except Little Lotto (IL Lotto, Hot Lotto, Powerball, Mega Millions).

I'm not so sure about that. Mega Millions did not increase its estimated jackpot for tonight. Therefore, it has a better chance of rolling over than I originally thought.

Personally I think it will roll on this draw despite having the jackpot increase. I think it'll reach 365 or 370 million on 3/3 and then one ticket wins jackpot.

fxsterling, my vote is for 3/7/06. The reason being is that MM will increase due to PB reaching the largest jackpot in North American history and hit on 2/18. MM sales are increasing because of PB. I think when it goes to March 7, I think it will hit 370 million and then one ticket hits.

You right! I just read official rules and ther is nothing there. I always though that since The Big Game reached a record $363M. Somehow I though they said it would only increase by $25M from now on. Its been a long six years.
