Rate My "throwing everything at it" strategy
I can see that you want to win bad. Saving your playing money for large jackpots is a good idea and spending $5 to $10 a drawing on tickets is also a good idea. You must take into account whatever money you use to play games of chance as money that you may never get back. So if you have the expendable income to play at high levels if that is what you so choose then go ahead. I would not recommend buying hundreds of tickets because the fact is their is only one winning combination. So you st

MEga Millions!!
The reason the QP's win more is because they are played more. We who use systems limit how many we play because it's a pain in the to fill out more than one or two betslips or to recite the numbers to a store clerk. When there is a big jackpot especially, people who don't normally play and in a hurry might ask for 10 quick picks (or more) because they aren't sure what to play on that many boards. When someone picks their own #s and wins normally it is with one or two plays and often on lower j

Maddogs Powerball Challenge 12/6
Good Morning Maddog10 I have a Q? for you. Do the Numbers for m/m p6 and cash 5 repeat them selves or is it a one shot time that one can win. Is it possible for the same numbers to show even though some one had one it yesterday or a year ago? and if so what are the odds of that happening....cuz i picked out numbers from my own life cycle, throughout my years and put them down on paper then i went to check them on {{{see if you've won}}} and sure enough my numbers were shown as Jackpotsj! at one

Ohio Lotto 6/49 Starts 01/22/2007
RJOh...it is not as simple to say There is no advantage for Ohio to split its profits with Michigan. One big advantage to having two large states in a jackpot lottery game is the potential for greater sales which would lead to higher jackpots which leads to more lottery reveune for the state.
They could work together to be sure that winners shares are covered and expenses/profits are divided based upon sales generated.

Ohio is bringing in the Classic Lotto and getting rid of Lot O Play!!
cps10,
The other prizes stayed the same. It was just that people in Pennsylvania and Indiana won some jackpots over $50M and some people in Ohio got mad and some religious people thought lottery winning of large amounts was being won by sinners so Ohio changed their rules to pleased them. They found out later that people who thought that way didn't play lotteries so their opinions weren't worth much.

What is up with MM/PB
Lately this has been happening quite a bit. PB will have the lead (not really but according to their annuitize structure) for the first two to three drawings but then MM starts to beat the jackpot of PB. Well maybe 2007 will be a year of big jackpots.

What is up with MM/PB
Powerball has been struggling since North Carolina joined. Mega has been struggling since it's inception as it's current game. Without a price increase or some other change I'd get used to the idea that large jackpots for either game are a thing of the past.
Eventually Euromillions will hold all 10 of the top 10 record jackpot amounts unless they add Germany or some other large country without changing the odds.

N.C. lottery excitement: first Powerball jackpot winner
How many people were ever charged with this crime? Any NC winners who won jackpots out of state get brought up on charges?
Correct me if I am wrong, but there are some states still that consider having an out-of-state lottery ticket an arrestable offense?

N.C. lottery excitement: first Powerball jackpot winner
Not trying to be a sore loser but dang. It seems like every winning ticket from the Carolina's ends up being someone from North Carolina. The 2 powerball jackpot winners from South Carolina ended up being someone from North Carolina claiming the jackpots. Just saying I'd like to see someone actually from the state get the jackpot. I hope the person who won is a local North Carolinian. Or a South Carolinian who crossed over and bought a ticket! Anyways congats to the winner sorry for the

Gail Howard systems
I have to confess I didn''t know much about Gail Howard so I went to her site to see what all the hubbub was about. From looking at her site it's seems that she sells systems and books that help you with picking numbers? It also said she has never one a major jackpot herself but has won numerous small wins. An there were a lot of testimonals from people who suppoedly used her system to hit the big jackpots. Just from reading a little bit it seems her system talks of wheeling, balanced wheeling,
