The bulk of the upgrade is now complete, and it was successful. You may be able to notice a slight performance increase, as the new database technology is better than the old one. However, the big increases in performance will only come after I re-write sections of code to take advantage of new features in the database software.Also, I will be able to re-write the search page from the ground-up to make it work more like Google.

Well, buying 100 would technically lower your odds considerably. But you also need to make sure you cover all the numbers you filter plenty of times and make sure each number gets the same amount of coverage (or something close). If have 22s and 39s on every line, you will become too dependant upon those numbers, which will increase your odds.
