I start to track longest out digit by position after 18 ~ 20 draws. You never end tracking longest out digits, pairs or sums. What's due must come soon or later. There are exceptions of course, PA was missing sum 2 for about 8 months, and it finally came 3 weeks ago. I stop tracking sums that are real low or real high after about 3 months.

sums between 12 and 23 should give you very close to 70% in pick 4 actually 68.95%. 12 to 24 would be 73.1%
