Oklahoma's expansion of the lottery and other forms of gaming violates the compacts tribes have with the state, the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes said in a court brief filed Tuesday.

The governor is seeking to increase the exclusivity fe

Sports betting at Yankee Stadium? It could happen under New York legislation
A sponsor of sports betting legislation in New York said the bill likely would allow for in-person wagering at places like Yankee Stadium and Madison Square Garden.
Assemblyman Gary Pretlow said Friday the legislation he announced this week is being tweaked and will have that provision unless he receives strong opposition.
That is one of the changes, that we would open it up to have affiliates such as Madison Square Garden, which has expressed an interest in doing this, the Westchester Co

Is it just me or...
Lucky Loser
In response to your recent questions regarding pretests.
First of all, let me say that there are many ways to 'play' a lottery game.
This includes a recent LP arrival who would have us believe you can win by flipping coins.
I've learned in dealing with life's ups and downs that the best choices are made when your acts are guided by viable and reliable 'information' gained from real experience.
I decided long ago that the best way for me to analyze a lottery game was to

Australia moves to ban 'fake' online lottery wagering
Controversial lottery-betting service Lottoland described Australian legislation that will in effect banish it from the country as unnecessary and misguided , while newsagents and lottery sellers have welcomed the decision.

Arizona Lottery pulls second computerized drawing machine over duplicate numbers
According to the Arizona Lottery website these are the Pick 3 drawings that are causing all the commotion. Now if they want to switch to ball drawings, I'm all for it. However, Maryland has ball drawings, and we see this sort of thing all the time and much, much, worse than this. So I don't know what Arizona's problem is.
