The lottery really doesn't need to cheat, they actually go out of thier way to make sure its ligitimate, but there will always be a contingent of folks who believe otherwise. i c numbers mentioned that 911 was drawn on the second anniversary of 911. that should have never happened, number 26 should NEVER have played in Powerball, that's bull... Something i suspected happens for a while is that elections are rigged and that some megamillions/powerball drawings are being rigged too... Thanks!......and to the person a few threads back that thinks it might be rigged....well all I can say is if it were rigged I sure wouldn't win as much as I do. It' just plain ole luck with a little planning thrown in.
