Sure .... 157 is good. I always try to include at least one number that has all 3 key three digits in it. Plus... the top 5 missing pairs midday are.... 07, 15, 13, 78, 25Too bad we can't plan on a double when she comes. Sure would increase the chances for a STRAIGHT... yes sir re. Love those straights. They heal a lot of stuff don't they?

I think if the average jackpots for mega millions and powerball can increase over time than that is a good thing. I do not think that the jackpots will go on record runs every time but once in awhile is better than not at all.

Just doing a little math,It will take about $12,000,000 to fund the $25 million increase.Wednesday you can expect them to sell at least $90 million in tickets which means about $27 million should have gone to the prize pool.So that means if it is won on Wednesday each other the 2nd tier prizes will share an extra $15,000,000.Brad

Wow. Looks like the cap doesn't allow the jackpot to increase by more than $25 million over the previous record for any single drawing. The Powerball.com front page also suggests there were no jackpot winners, else the statement at the top would already include, The jackpot will be reset to $15 million.

I have a feeling it will be hit this Saturday, especially if they increase the estimated amount due to higher than expected sales, which some state lottery websites already say they have.Still, I hope it rolls over one more time, just so I can see how the cap works, unless I win the jackpot, then I don't care if it's this Saturday or next Wednesday or whenever.

I only play PP in Penn. Finally got around to studying the annuity numbers; just kinda glanced earlier. Annuity taxes total up to $60 million dollars. That's assuming no future tax increase by our legislators in Washington, or by either state. I hadn't realized the hit was that big. A million here, a million there, and pretty soon they can pork-barrel a highway to some Congressman's house.

This is an interesting idea. Didn't they have a drawing like this for the new milennium also? Lotteries should have drawings like this more often. Huge instate jackpots that tickets are sold over a certain period of time. I like the increase tickets also. I mean 7 plays for $10 when you can buy 1 for $2. It will be interesting to see how this game turns out.Brad

I agree that NC should be playing MM on Tuesdays and Fridays. Then on Wednesdays and Saturdays, I think they should join Lotto South and increase the number of white balls from 49 to 54, but still 6 WB wins jackpot. If you include NC in the population pool of MM, what's the total population of all MM states?
