It's a good idea except for this tiny liittle piece of info. The jackpot wouldn't all of a suuden grow just because you put the pot back for the next drawing. It takes a few days for the Pot to grow, according to sales.How can you increase the jackpot by two fold without sales? It's still fun trying though...........Just messing....

Seems to me, in all fairness to all parties, that Lotteries SHOULD be tax free or the ACTUAL amount won should be expressed accurately. Now, I don't agree or disagree with anyone, I just think it should be done differently and I like the fact that they are tax free in Europe, Aussie, UK, etc... Why don't we do that in the USA, the lotteries certainly make enough money. Tax-free lotteries would only increase participation, thereby increasing profit, I think we all agree on that.

That was a great idea for Lotto South to increase the number of white balls from 49 to 54. I'm happy to see that people can also win a prize if they get 2 numbers plus the bonus ball. When CA dropped 2 WB from 53 to 51, sales decline until CA SLP stepped in June 2000. When does the new Super Lotto South begin?

MUSL should move Hot Lotto should be moved to Mondays and Thursdays if NC joins. I think NC should join the blue game from MUSL on Tuesdays and Fridays, and Lotto South on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Lotto South will not have a bonus game, but they should match 6 numbers out of 56 to increase the odds of winning a jackpot because more states are playing Lotto South.

No they are not changing the matrix. It is paramutual but the only way to get a bigger payout is to increase the percentages for the 2nd and 3rd tier prizes and lower the amount given to the jackpot for each drawing. Spreading the wealth.Brad
