i am looking for a software that can mix my numbers of 6lines
It costs a lot of money to wheel that many numbers and guarantee a win, and there are two things to keep in mind; 1) how is a win being defined? 2) a certain percentage of the 30 or 36 numbers will need to be correct to even guarantee a 3 of 6 win (just as an example). Wheels are a wonderful tool, but you still need to narrow down your selection of numbers to a pool that has a majority of winners. Maybe there are some free wheels available online that you can find. Then you can experiment with t

W.V. Lottery ends 3-year losing streak
So, not to seem totally out of the loop, but shouldn't the government consider all lottery money as 'found' money not 'earned' money? Surely lottery money is a discretionary pool, as no one can predict with certainty who will part with their last saw-buck and who will use it as pillow stuffing...
So... surely making a budget item of proposed/expected lottery income is... less than fiscally responsible for a government agency? And doesn't that make the government, who is now claiming the righ

LottoScorp VTracs and Lantern's "VTrac Reduct P- 3" System.
Most of the time a person should not want to use filter patterns that CUT DOWN his source of pool numbers into just 2 portions, best if it is portioned into at least 3 or 4 portions, 8 portions might even be best, this is due to possible filter failures, after all, How can you tell if a coin will come out Head or Tails?
That is why I developed the Filtering Out idea in a more extensive way, instead of trying to predict patterns that might have a better chance to come out, which it is much mor

Prize pool Structure
The odds are 1 in 52 of picking the winning card, and 3 in 52 of picking the right value in the wrong suit. 75% for 1st prize and 25% for 2nd prize would make the prizes proportional to the chances of winning.
What's the point of a lottery with odds of 1 in 52 for winning the grand prize? If you charge $1 and put 50 cents into the prize pool, you should collect $52 for every grand prize winner. The grand prize winner would get a whopping $19.50 and 3 2nd prize winners would get $6.50 each. Wh

Anyone out there playing strictly high #'s on their tickets?
JJ I'm going with you on the 7/20 draw for PB.. For our pool, picked 20 regular mixed series and then picked 5 draws all ending with triple 5x's Starting in 2x and one 1x in first column
Cant say any facts for this other than triple 50's are out quite a few draws.. One thing to note, since the 2009 matrix 1-59 the 50's have the most occuring instance of trip's
I just have a feeling with you on this draw.. so that means it will not show for sure
good luck!!

Canada couple loses out on $1.64M jackpot
In your case the group had a fixed membership and the player planned to return as soon as his health permitted.
However as was pointed out in this story and others when the Clancys joined the pool four years earlier they made an agreement with a core(fixed) group of six players one who had since moved on as had the Clancys with no plans of returning. The group that won the jackpot consisted of 21 players of which sixteen had never agreed to pay for the Clancys who weren't even in the group th

Canada couple loses out on $1.64M jackpot
They had stopped going to the club and still expected somebody to cover for them in the pool?
Nah, I don't think so.
They didn't deserve a nickel in my opinion. They're very lucky that one guy gave them 100 grand cuz they definitely didn't deserve it.
Just another example of why I don't like pools; I wonder how much the lawyers grabbed on this deal?

Lottery ticket frenzy as Euro Millions reaches record high
He'd like to discuss sending him money to be in his lottery pool but he has to do it indirectly like he's not advertising.
Check his posts. The majority are about how great lottery groups are - when he's not bashing Christians.
Anybody who sent him money would have to have a bolt loose somewhere.
The guy's a fraud and a hustler.
