California Mega Millions 5+0 prize: $1.25 million!
By the way, the rollover only jumped from $1.2 million to $1.25 million during the previous drawing. Perhaps it will increase more than $50K this time since the MM jackpot is getting larger and will be attracting more players.

Multi-state game
Everyone should look at IN's latest news on lotto and security. The news from IN's lottery said that they're going to increase their security measures on their lotto. By increasing their security when playing PB and all Indiana games, it is computerized drawings in a random order. I wished that all the computerized drawings come to an end, but have lots of security on lotto games.

Have you ever bought more than you should
not really sure if i bought more than i should ...or one less ticket than i needed yes, to be honest, when Powerball exceeds approx $116 million, i tend to increase my spending and indulge a little ...but the most i've ever spent for a single draw at that level (and above) is $30.00 ...why $116 million? , i really don't know

Powerball sales skid hurts lottery profits
I agree with what you said dvdiva. Players don't like to play PB when the jackpot is very low and only play when the jackpot is very high. I'm not complaining about the number of white balls going up from 53 to 55, but I'm complaining about the number of red power balls staying at 42 when I had demanded 45 to 47. PB needs to increase the odds of winning the jackpot as close to 176 million from MM.

Powerball sales skid hurts lottery profits
I hope sales in PB increase because I'm happy that there are 55 white balls to choose from instead of 53. However, I'm disappointed that the number of red powerballs are still at 42 when I had demanded 45.

New Game
The good thing about this game is that you can increase your stakes for an extra dollar or two. You can enter all three prize pools at once if you want. I think this might be my flagship game. Also, now that I think about it, the Big Easy should probably start at $800,000 30-year annuity value (with a cash option). That would make signs a lot less confusing.

Connecticut Gov. considers dumping Powerball
Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell thinks Powerball, the multi-state lottery game that offers huge potential payoffs, is about to become a lousy bet.The agency that runs the game announced the odds of winning will be a lot higher starting next month, and winners who opt for multi-year payouts will wait longer for the big money.Rell asked state officials to review the new lottery rules and decide if it is still a good deal for Connecticut lottery players. If we don't approve of the rules, in essen

Mega at 145 but sales still fall
Well if you look at the sales per state it's obvious that the matrix change did have a hit on sales in the other states. Time will tell if this decrease is temporary or not. A few really high jackpots and a few small jackpots later and maybe the sales in states other than CA will increase.

TN lotto 5 up to half million--july
yeah.. I don't think they'll do that. You would think ticket sales would increase because of all the winners here as of late. If they could make one change I would rather them make it a 5 night a week game or a 6 night a week.
