Dazed and little confused
Also there's a lot about lottery systems I understand that they are systems and/or software the increase one's chances of winning. What are some of the systems you are using and how would you rate their effectiveness?

Do computerized drawings impact you?
I believe that computerized drawings can ALWAYS be rigged. I have no proof, but every fiber of my being says that the Delaware lottery is pre-programmed not to select numbers as winners that players have chosen. The purpose of computerized drawing is to increase the state's profits through covert control of the number selection process against the grid of numbers or combinations selected by the players for each drawing.Call me paranoid, but to paraphrase a famous saying, just because I'm paranoid

PB annuity
Another poster says PB will change its annuity so that if somebody makes the wrong choice, their payments will increase each year (eg CA Super Lotto Plus). This would expain why PB will start at $15 million with guaranteed $5m jumps.

Ca joins MEGA Millions
We saw a slight increase when Texas joined the game. It will be interesting to see what the most populous state does to the game. It will also be interesting to see what are the prizes that Californians get compared to the rest of the states. First drawing is only two days away.Brad

New Game
Unfortunately, by dividing the player base into three separate games, the jackpot pool is diluted so much that the increments would be too small, and sometimes the jackpot may not increase at all. Also, I don't think the diluted prize pool could support three jackpot wins of those sizes, all on the same evening. From a creative standpoint it may be interesting, but from the lottery's standpoint it may be unworkable.

Gap analysis more than skips, cold & hot
I agree. Random is not random since they have to follow the rule of even distribution. Gap analysis will pick out chances when distribution is off balance. But, on the other hand, numbers are just symbols; they are exchangable. That makes gap analysis challanging. :)Unfortunately, achievement from this work can only challange the basic principle of randomness; it would not help lottery winning by much since picking out turbulence in distribution balance wouldn't even increase chance by two fold.

Mega Millions or Powerball?
The reason Mega doesn't want more states is probably because they're afraid it will saturate the game and they'd have to increase the matrix even greater, which would probably start being detrimental toward sales when the jackpots aren't very high.

Lottery
lchono, if you have that system, how about I invest 1.3 million per draw every time jackpot is over 80 million? Then your share of $450 will still give you 28 thousand in prize. In fact, I will feel very luck if I can find a system that double or triple the odds. The one I am using now can only increase the odds by 25%.
