I think you're making Joesphusminimu's point. The winning numbers would be in there somewhere....the 42 times a day. So the fact that your presenting a large group of numbers to choose from makes the big pool of numbers obsolete. A vast ocean of numbers... Give us a working example of a pond of numbers where the winners will be, and then you've got something.

A note about filling out the Matching Condition Combination: When you start, your are using any other pool number not selected, we mean relative to the Matching Combination itself. Example, for our first work out, if you selected 03 05 07 09, then the numbers you'd randomly select from would be 01 02 04 05 08 to complete the combo for a playable line in our wheel.

Below is an example of a problem that can occur in the Algorithm. What happen is all the Matching Condition Combinations were picked, but the Number 5 was left out from our Pool. The added missing combo is marked with an *. The process worked, but not all the pool numbers were covered. We need to correct for this by a Random Missing Combo Selection. Wheel - Pick 5 - 9 Numbers - 3 Combinations - 2.380952% Coverage of 126 Combinations Condition

It's easy, a court of law will verify it: You put in your money, you get a share back, you don't put in your money, you are SOL. That's the ONLY way to do it, or else you will get a bunch of deadbeat 'players' that only chip in when they feel like it. If I go to the store, I cannot buy anything unless I have money, playing the lottery in a pool is the SAME thing.

Some years back during the Ohio Super Lotto era, the Ohio lottery website had a story about a woman buying a $10 QP for her office pool and after viewing it asked the store owner to cancel it and print her another one.
