So I took a look at where things stand with regard to the hottest number of 2022 and to my surprise it isn't #23. Well, there is a way you could test if the lottery is cheating, scientifically. First move to a state whose lottery caps sales of numbers when they get oversold. Try to rent a studio apartment next to a convenience store.
