What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
Some years back during the Ohio Super Lotto era, the Ohio lottery website had a story about a woman buying a $10 QP for her office pool and after viewing it asked the store owner to cancel it and print her another one. That night after the drawing it was noticed that the winning ticket had been canceled and they investigated and did a story about it. The story was also reported on the local TV news. I've seen people I know do the same thing and asked them if they knew what a winning ticket sh

What is the best lottery wheel to buy?
CoverMasters can make any kind of wheel you want. If you're play all 40 numbers, then the wheel become the combinations you're playing. Just be prepared to have your computer tied up for a couple of days plus you'll want to run a couple of simulations before committing $2000 to the project. Before I retired, 49 of my co-workers and I put together $500 to play Ohio Super Lotto. I ran several simulations which didn't show us winning but not losing the whole $500. The night before the drawing,

Should lottery winners share with colleagues?
You know--when I worked, I was a registered nurse in a very high intensity cardiac intensive care--we had a lottery pool and were fortunate to not have any consistent slackers. Just think--if you were in a situation where lives were at stake in a code red (commonly called a triple in most larger institutions), adrenaline is pumping, meds are being administered quickly, CPR is being performed, defib paddles are being readied and you are constantly hyperaware of how closely this team has to work t

Should lottery winners share with colleagues?
for me, it matters how much i win. i know how much i need for the stuff I want, and how much i want to give to family. if there's enough left, i'd be happy to give it away. as for the office pool, if the guy just said i don't feel lucky today well, i guess he sure wasn't ,huh. LOL

Lottery's biggest loser: Albany man passed on office pool that won $319M jackpot
I'll bet there is long list of people hoping the other seven will do the right thing . How about the waitress at the Deli or other co-workers that were in the pool in the past? What about the guy that said pooling is a better way to play large jackpot; I'm sure he deserves some compensation too. Number 8 was asked many times if he wanted to play and didn't feel lucky and now he can spend the rest of life telling people how unlucky he really is. Do ya feel lucky, Punk; well do ya? Go ahe

Keno... Any Play Michigan Keno?
Thanks Sully.. I appreciate that info. I try to make my pool of numbers from one to 3 games or less and only go after any long shots if they have come several times in that position of being out that many games. Did you ever use many of the previous games numbers as possible come back numbers? And did you wheel your numbers at all. I have found in the past when I wheel and I win at least 7 numbers.. I wil the $25 on several lines as well as any other small number wins.... LottoMomma

group buying
Todd it makes no sense trying to educate and spear them the misery, so just throw that $100 my way because I'm with you on the fact that they would never find and documentation to prove their statements for a pool sites winning a jackpot. A trusted Butler service is the way to go, but for the stubborn and unwilling to comprehend a hard head always makes room for a bumpy fall. You can lead a horse to water but you can't force it to drink. Unless of course their oats get salted....

Lottery's biggest loser: Albany man passed on office pool that won $319M jackpot
Also, I wonder how hard it is for him to get up each day! I hope he loves his job and that he isn't a part of the layoffs....now that would really be a double whammy.....out of work but could have been a multi-millionaire!!! Ouch!!! Why? All because he wanted to save two bucks?!!! Some people will never learn...I mean I don't participate in lottery pools because our company culture doesn't advocate that, but if I were at a company that had a pool, I would throw whatever the joiner/partici
