The only lottery club I will ever get into is one where there is a maximum of 3 other people, and all contribute between $10 and $20 per drawing. Any more people than that and it's not worth it to me, any less dollars than that, same thing. And I'd also have a written contract for all of us. And I call all of the shots.

seems to me that the sister got ripped off at the original time of the win. she should have fought that in court str8 away. getting 600k for a house later it could be seen by her as recompense, with the half mill she initially got. as they say a verbal contract is as good as the paper its written on.

There are dozens of side-issues involved on a jackpot (or significant tier-win) going outside the boundaries a person would normally think of.
