You Can't Lose If You Don't Play
I was only joking when I claimed to be the world's greatest lottery player .
That was a reaction to a stalker whose been constantly downvoting my posts.
Of course, no one can actually be the world's greatest lottery player .
Playing the lottery is not a sport.

MM $5, PB $2, Powerplay $1I
wow
The lottery gets a bad rep for preying on the poor. And you're in favor of this?
Maybe the lottery could team up with the welfare department and send people sample scratchoffs and play slips along with their food stamp cards. It would help drive up lottery business and remove a few lucky folks from the rolls (until they blow it all and then come back).

I know Delaware had a lottery in 1980. They started with $1 pull-tabs. Whatever other lotteries existed at that time, it was not possible to win $800 million. Not even close.
I agree that the government has a spending problem. It needs to be much, much less. I'm not a socialist. But I also don't believe that lottery winners should get off tax-free, as if they're poor people. That's absurd. Income is income, whether it was a lottery win or a paycheck.
No one is going to give the Treasury

Scratch-off ticket roll saves the best for last
By Kate Northrop
An Ohio man took a chance on the last and final scratch-off ticket of its kind in the display bin, and it turned out to be a winner for a handsome $500,000 prize.
A roll of lottery tickets saved the best for last, rewarding an Ohio man with a $500,000 top prize when he decided to take the one remaining ticket of an instant game in the display cabinet.
An anonymous Ohio resident had just recently finished accompanyin

Thief steals $27,000 worth of Pennsylvania Lottery tickets from gas station
It's double blinded in the sense, Scientific Games knows which batch has winning tickets but they're not in charge of where the tickets go. PA lottery is in charge of where the tickets go but they're not told which batch contains the winning ticket.
That's the basics of it, as I understand it. Quite a while back somebody from the security department of a lottery (Indiana, I think) was able to determine where a big winner had been sent and (again, IIRC) sent someone else there to buy all of

LOTTERY POST 25TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY #3
Thank you all for participating in our third giveaway to celebrate Lottery Post's 25th Anniversary! It was interesting (and informative) to read through the different methods players use to pick their numbers (or not!), and especially neat to see how members make use of Lottery Post's tools and analytics to do so. I'll admit, I'm a mix between the two - sometimes when I'm in a rush I'll just take a Quick Pick, but other times I'll use sets of numbers I derived from Lottery Post's wheels and numb
