Microsoft did it in Visual Basic
Do you even know why you would use that?

Ask Don Catlin. As to the REASON it worked so well, the Windfall game was a rolldown. Since you are very good at google, you should have no problem figuring out the rest.
If you can't, ask Don Catlin.

LotSoftPro
The program that generated the activation codes for Lotsoft Pro is most likely on Ricky's laptop.
I was able to download and activate Lotosft on another computer that never had Lotsoft installed before using my props.mdb file.
You can open this file with Microsoft Access or use the FREE program I posted in my Blog.
You will need this password to open the props.mdb file
Password = {0,1}f(XP)
This is what my tb_Use (Table) looks like located in the props.mdb database file:

Dr. Iliya Bluskov
When programming you can make any filter that you can think of. There is commercial software that includes filtering by previous results.
I used Covermaster wheels and pasted them in Excel. I applied any filter that I wished to use. Covermaster is freeware and most of us have Microsoft Excel. If you paste the drawings in Excel, you can also use those to filter your wheels. I recommend to use dense wheels and to think twice about how you are going to filter.
For those who have Excel passing

LotSoftPro
I had LotSoftPro 5.1, but my program got messed up. I deleted it and all its parts, but when I tried downloading it again from Ricky's site, and tried to run it I got this:
Run-time error '3051':
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\Program
Files\INW\Lotsoft\data\data.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by
another user, or you need permission to view its data.
I still get this when I download the file from your drop box.

Adobe flash player gives a lot of problems with scripts on so many Web pages, it has become a big pain, too bad that it is needed.
Also the Lottery Post seems to make heavy use of Microsoft and so many other Web sites or places including Amazon, Quantcast, Quantserve and whatever else.

You should had gotten the serial codes in time long before now, I got mine just in time, almost didn't get them either.
If Paurths wanted Lotsoft to be completely free, that is not

Discrete vs Continuous Distribution
Standard deviations, mean, median, sum, etc has nothing do with distributions, how so?
What I meant was that these things can be measured regardless of the distribution. If you have a set of data you can calculate all of these without even knowing whether the information follows a continuous or a discrete distribution. Distributions are useful mainly to find the central tendency of data.
Example, you have a set of numbers: 5, 19, 32, 56, 11, 40, 16. The mean of this sample would be 25.57,

California delivery driver claims half of $648 million jackpot
This is big news to me about the retro-active tax on NJ lottery winners! The things we lean on Lottery Post is amazing.
Question the percent of rich people that play the lottery. Willing to bet that it's a small percentage. Then again, Yours Truly, may be wrong.
Reading the comments about lump-sum vs annuity payments, seems most regular folks are very savy about managing their money. Each month tally up my lottery spending, winnings, and running at a loss. Too ashamed to state how much was

Fallacies, and two REAL ways of improving your chances
I wouldn't waste my money on his systems either. I got on his mailing list because at one time CoinToss mentioned him so I wanted to see what systems he was trying to sell. As I see it its costing him money to send me his newsletters and catalog when I have no intention of buying any of his systems. Of course you can just go his web site and get the same information but that's not costing him anything except potentially traffic.
A conspiracy theorist could say he was actually working for the
