I'd venture to guess to say that May (or last week of April) would be the release for those games, given what's coming out next week. On an unrelated note, there was talk of a $20 scratcher book being released. Called The California Game Book, it would be seven pages of different games with Bingo, Crossword and matching number games comprising the pages. I'm sure the Lottery will put a pin in that for now, but that would be interesting down the road.

Well I think you'd be screwed, it doesnt matter where youre from but where you win. You have to obide by the state you won in rules. You'd still have to release your name and such, if that's their state's rules

Oddly enough, my bigger wins from 100X, including the one where I got the 100x symbol (though only $2.00 under it--picture on here) have all been in the upper 30's... Just this week $150 on #35, the 100x symbol was on #36, I had a $500 on release day and it was #38, I can definitely say that my bigger wins have all been in the high 30s.

You touched on another reason I don't play scratchers. If I drop $20 or $30 on one ticket, it blows my budget for the whole week. Plus check out the odds on them. Not so great. The one thing about scratchers is that you know at some point the top prize tics are somewhere once they release them. But trying to find one of the 8 or 10 top prizes out of 10 or 20 million tickets is not too enticing for me.

I guess the Lottery Officials decided to release them early probably because of strategy. They wanted to maximize sales of the new games. We got them early as well down here in hinesville GA. I ask one of the clerks to see if they were recieving the new games friday and they said yes but the amount of tickets they were receiving was like a 100 packs of the $30 game not to mention the order amount of the other new games as well.
