$500 Million Jackpot!
Why limit the roll over for MM for? I think it was wrong of the MUSL to do it to PB in the first place! I have always thought it's the winner takes all type of games that have the most players playing that particular game! I guess that does hold true in the case of which of the two games (MM or PB) has the fastest growing roll over jackpots and that title goes to MM, hands down! Yes, I know MM has a larger player base, but that also says that more of the players like the idea of the winner takes

VRA and Crazy Outriders
If you are basing you predictions on historical data then all the data is important. I doubt you expect your predictions to be correct 100% of the time so you need to know how correct they must be to cover your expenses in a reasonable amount of time. When playing a multi-state game with jackpots of $20M+, being correct less than 1% of the time is good enough if you can be confident that a 100% correct prediction is in the works in a reasonable amount of time. However if you playing a pick3 or

PA Unlucky for Life
I guess the evil empire decided to come up with another, better low-matrix game for PA .Easy Money LottoPick 6 from 36Price : $1Jackpot begins at $500,000 30-year annuity, or $250,000 all-cash. And if and when it reaches $2,000,000 annuity value, the jackpots rolls down to the lower tiers. I could have just had it roll on until won, but PA already has 3 different games that do that. Prize Rolldown Prize Odds Match 6 Jackpot* N/A 1 : 1,947,792 Match 5 $1,000 Approx. $5,000 1 : 10,821 Match 4 $20

Mega-Millions
Actually, you may be making a mistake.I live in a boonie town, albiet a rich mans boonie town, and started to wonder why no jackpots were being won in Sparta. The money was here to be spent, and there are a dozen terminals in the area. So I started watching the NJ Lottery site for winner locations. It soon became obvious that almost every winner was from a populous areas. Then I started noticing the same pattern in Pennsylvania. The hick towns, out in the boonies, were not winning the big bucks

PA Unlucky for Life
Cash you should give it a rest man. You don't like annuity payouts, we get it already! No one is forcing you to be a loser for life. Personally I would be happy with the lifetime prize, I don't need a lump sum to be happy. True I may be happier much more quickly, but hey what can I say, I am not greedy. I am sure there would be a lot of people out there happy to be 'losers for life' by your definition of term. You don't like them types of lotteries, well you stick to the larger jackpots wit

Rumors of minor’s lottery buy unfounded
Rule of thumb, if you win big seek financial help. if he won, and followed the rule, then it could be that the financial suggestion of the day would be to wait until 2006 to collect. that way you will have time to scatter your investments around. If you collect now then you got about 7 weeks to make decisions that need reserach and disscussion, Before Uncle Sam starts playing his favorite Beatle song. (TAXMAN) He was probably ready to to do the publicity circut runs...(so that we may all pa

Lottery fever erupts across Canada
But the odds of winning decrease when more people buy more tickets for the big jackpots. Why is that? Does that even make sense? Saturday's $30 million jackpot brought in $55 million worth of tickets , The Ontario Lottery Corporation says the chances of winning are one in 14 million. Now that is something. There were four times the amount of tickets bought than the odds. They should of covered every number at least 3 times and they pick one set of numbers that none of the 55 million ticket

quick pick or your own numbers
Greg said: Numbers form patterns. Yes, Virginia, there ARE patterns in randomness! If you can identify and then apprehend or approximate those patterns, your likelihood of winning is greatly increased. I agree. I am using the Premium Membership resources on Lottery Post to analyze and look for patterns in the games I play (as I have mentioned elsewhere in the forum, I favor Pick-5 games with Florida Fantasy 5 being my favorite).Greg also said: For every quickpick that wins, there are literally

your favorite state lottery
Mmmm, This is a hard one for me, because I'm a gambler, I love to take a chance. I've lived in Calif when it started it's lottery. I lived in Las Vegas for 7 yrs and drove to Arizona twice a month to play Powerball (150 miles round trip). Now I live in Delaware and I play still play PB. I also play MM in Maryland and drive 40 miles round trip for those tickets! Oh yeah I almost forgot, I'll drive to the DE, NJ stateline and buy MM tickets for the really big jackpots, just to make sure if I hit i

Why so much greed?
I agree with Bellyache, IK didn't have to go negative. Ask your question, state your opinion, but the tone of the post reflects to me a person who has made a judgement about a segment of people. If people can travel and stand the excitement of the worlds fastest roller coasters, more power to them. If others are in the amusement park for other reasons, more power to them. But there is something for everyone with in the park to gain a measure of amusement. I myself like large jackpots, I like
