I would like to share some ways for you guys to put the odds in your favor ..... It seems that the definition of mistake ticket is the ticket is in the store's possession AFTER the drawing, so as long as the ticket is purchased BEFORE the drawing they cannot lay claim to it.

The article mentions mistake tickets. If by mistake you mean the ticket was printed in error, then the ticket should be void. If the ticket was printed and rejected by the customer (which cannot be cancelled), the store should be allowed to sell those. Apparently the 100K ticket was scanned, which was held after the drawing was conducted. Why is this store in the habit of retaining tickets after the drawing was conducted???

Dude, the Powerball lottery drawing was not rigged. The delay in the drawing was due to the state of Minnesota not having their ticket count in before the deadline. The winning ticket was in California NOT Minnesota. Why is it that people come out of the woodwork saying the Powerball or Mega millions lottery is rigged ONLY when the jackpots are over $800 million? You definitely would not be saying the lottery was rigged if you were the one to win. You just sound jealous.

I believe the time between the cut off, and the real drawing is to ensure all the equipment is working properly before they do the real drawing it cannot be fixed even a lottery salesman Once told me it wont do us any good if we cheat, he told me our sales go up once people win that's a fact.
