i really can't say no to either game. granted i do think that they need to increase the poewrball jackpot, and they are not increasing the mega millions jackpot enough (they should keep it at a multiple of 5), if it's in the millions, i'd be happy winning it. it would be better than what i started out with.

I have started a petition for the Florida Lottery to join a multi-state lottery alliance so that Floridians like myself can play either Powerball or Mega Millions. Since the year for powerball ends in june I bet in july they will increase the odds again or change something but not decrease the odds like the article said in the beginning.

yes. all drawings would be televised with ball machines. each annuity payment would still increase each year. it's their way of getting people to take the annuity.jimmy: since you know more about ball machines than i do, you can pick which ones.

this is getting old. i find it hard to believe that such an increase in frequency of jackpot hits is attributable to pure conicidence/luck. Last year, in the middle of march there were only two winners. It wasnt until July that the powerball had been won 6 times. I dont mind the powerball being hit more often, but seeing that jackpot drop down to 10 million over and over again is getting quite old.

Admittedly I'm not fluent in Lotterese. I take it that a matrix change would entail the drop of a few more white balls into the chute and the subsequent increase of odds - say maybe 1 in 150 million. Well hey I'll take that! It's too boring to drive by a convenience store and see the familiar powerball signs reading 10 million . . boooring!
