Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $133M sold in Calif.
Dpoly1, Whoever wins the lottery should be aware that, if someone knows they've won, which may be obvious after awhile, they'll try and get money from that winner. It is a fact of life that your Leaches gravitate toward people with money, particularly new money. Not only strangers, but family members, friends, associates and especially people who have participated in lottery pools with the winner (My sister-in-law won $122,000.00 jackpot in the California Lottery, and her fellow workers were

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Ya know, looking back at it, I think there was only one winner of a million dollars during the whole promo! I'm tempted to play tonight, but I dunno...we'll see... Something's not right with SM... if in fact there was only one winner in August, and they cant generate enough extra ticket sales to expand the prize pool by using a promotion so as to produce more winners, then I have to believe SM wont make it.

With all the systems out Does anyone feel they have a good system?
The grass is alway going to look greener in another field. No system is perfect or perfect for everyone. I think I have a good system that's good for me and so far no one has convinced me other wise. If you think you have a great system then use its full potential and don't worry about what others have. If I played in a pool, my system wouldn't be as good because it's designed to pick 10-25 lines in the games I play. I post predictions that I play and it's usually put me near the top of the l

Vt. Lottery computer glitch creates extra winners
The terminals are pre-loaded with QP s from the central office. There is only the idea that when the QP s are sold there are no repeats of sets until the entire pool of combinations is exhausted. The terminals have their own RNGs and generate QP's randomly as they're sold. That's why they're called random number generators instead of pre-loaded number printers . Any idea that a set of numbers can't be repeated until all combinations have been used once is just the cluelessness of people who

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
RJOH took a chance with his simulation. Wow. Wonder how he would have reacted had he had a winning combination and not played it! Any time you share a strategy and its predictions with others at LP well in advance of a drawing, that's a risk you have to be willing to take. That may be the reason so few members are willing to explain or run a simulation of their system when dealing with a game that could pay millions of dollars if it works. I would have been happy if the simulation produced a

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
wheeltowin, Sounds like a plan but from pumpi76 opening statement: If ALL Members, all 80,000 dedicated themselves to figuring out system on the system forums for Powerball... , I got the impression he was talking about developing a lottery system rather than creating a lottery pool to play quick picks. Good luck if you go forward with your plans.

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Someone in the Bronx hit $250,000 QP on Tuesday's MM in a store on Jerome Ave, the store isn't too far from where I purchase my tickets when I go to the Bronx. My Mom plays Take5 and never wins much, so that's why I didn't consider playing it. She won $150.00 on MM last year when she had four numbers, my brother's friend won $10,000 on MM the last week in Dec. 2009, and in 2008 a bunch of guys in a pool at my brother's job won $250,000 on MM. It's more exciting to me to have a chance at the r

A present to family that says if I win powerball, I'll give you X%. Does that work?
If you do a search on Lottery Pools, you'll get a good idea of how many them end up in court. Bet many of these pools wished they had advice from an attorney before they set up the pool. What if I bought $50 worth of powerballs and my friend gave me $5, and I said ok, I'll give you 10%. Doesn't that ever happen? There probably are many unequal partnerships formed, especially when the jackpots are high, but the answer depends on the state lottery regulations where you buy your tickets. On

No Jackpot
I am on the hunt for the Two Step. Have been terribly close numerous times and have had 3 of the 4 several times. Often if don't get 3 of 4 I have the Bonus Ball. One time I nailed the BB on 11 tickets one night. Only BB I played but have multiple 4 number combinations. Now I have specially designed software to help me come up with combinations to play. Would love to have 4 numbers on multiple tickets on regular basis. Could build a nice pool of cash quickly.

2 quick Lotto Texas winners put state in bind
Nettles must not understand business or math. The two prizes totaled $27 million. Let's assume that the payout is 60% of sales instead of the typical 50%. To have $27 million in the prize pool the lottery would then have to sell just shy of $45 million. If they were $3.4 million short they had $23.6 million. That would mean sales were a bit over $39 million. 39 million - 27 million = 12 million. I'll assume those prizes are annuites and the actual cash value is 50%, so it becomes 19.5 - 13.5
