i believe that there are two sets of winning numbers. i actuall like those kinds of promotions over the ones that increase the payouts. that way, one could do what the guy in MO did and when the drum is down to just te colored ball, one can play every set of numbers and cash in on some extra money, provided te lottery pays out more than half the odds.

although mass. megabucks is annuity-only, i do like the $1 price. a cash option would bring in more sales, and possibly an increase in the starting jackpot. $400,000 (annuitized) is not enough, and the fact that the $400,000 is paid over 20 years ($20,000/year before taxes) doesn't exactly set someone for life. also, the annuity period should be longer than 20 years. 25-30 year annuities make for bigger, better jackpots.

let's see here. if they don't ive you repeat numbers, wouldn't that increase your chances at winning something on combined play, especially if the matrix is 6/35. that's half of the matrix on one ticket. i think your chances would be pretty good if you had half the matrix on one ticket.

I say get rid of lucky for life!! Match 6 is not bad. I have had small wins with it. I say go back to one draw for 3 and 4 digit and increase the winnings.

I love how they pull strings with these games. The two lines you get for free never have matching numbers to the first line right? What a joke. More smoke and mirrors. Unless you increase the payback percentage all these games blow and will need to be rehashed in another ten years.

PA should get rid of MATCH 6 because 2/3 of it is forced quick pick and the jackpots are pathetic. LuckyForLife is ok just increase it to 1000/week and as weekly checks, not yearly. Or how about 1000/week tax-free because otherwise it's really around 600 - not enough to retire on.ONE REALLY ANNOYING THING on PA slips, you can't void off a botched play, you have to redo the whole thing! It's great when you can play 1 and then save the slip to use again for board 2 etc.
