I went back a few days not a whole many, but used the upgraded pick 3 tool supplied by you know who, and had 2 straights in 5 days , I did not count box hits, Worth back testing but a lot of work, i am back testing a few states, with diff, systems and on a hunt for Green December right now, But i am going to come back to this and try a few other states, I may do Quebec,Ontario and Western Canada, include the 3 Canadian states to see what it coughs up, Let me know if you do any back

Lottery License
Is the online lottery tied in with the lottery of that State. I would think that The State holds the license and the Rights to thier numbers, so does the online stores need to be tied in to the State lottery also. So anyone wanting to run online would need to share profits with the state, example in order for any online lottery site sell Western Canada number, would they not need a license from that state? States with Random number Generators
Here is my Theory in Western Canada. we have 2 RNGs I think that day one they use RNG, A and day 2 RNG, B so then that would give us 2 stacks of numbers, odd days and even days. at one point in the draws which i think happen once a week they run test draws, at that point you see a shift in trends and patterns here is the last 30 days of western canada. you look and you tell me what trends or patterns start to manifest. What are your thoughts.

there is rule on the books here in the states that you can't go somewhere to purchase a lottery ticket. this is what i was told by the US customs people. trust you me that they have a lot of other things on their plate and they are not looking to bust you for this. i don't like messing with law enforcement and like being truthful when they ask me a question. my wife and i went there for the weekend and didn't buy anything to bring back. i did have a lotto ticket on me that i purchased. well
