Remaining Anonymous
This is a way to keep most people from finding out that you won the lottery. In North Carolina you have to reveal your name and your hometown but you don't have to have your picture taken. What I propose is simple. Before you claim the prize just change your address to another city at least 50 miles from your current home. This might cost a little money but it would be worth it. And after claiming the prize you could return to your old home. Just consult an attorney first.
