Article Writer needed
If you google it, it's below market rate. If you go to digital point or warriors forum, it is reasonable deal and even more.
The only problem is many writers don't seem to gamble as much as people here. And I may not get a personalized article
The only problem here is people gamble but in terms of article writing...I don't know.

Why did the drunk go to the strip club with $700k cash?
I see that article says the money was never recovered.
This is what the Lottery Post article says:
A private investigator hired by Whittaker found the briefcase, still filled with the money and checks, next to the Dumpster a few hours later.

$1M Lottery Winner Owns Two Houses & Collects FOOD STAMPS
From what I read she isnt getting the benefits anymore. I read an article last night on a news agency from Detroit about it.
I tried posting a cut/paste from part of the article last night but it must have had a link or something in it, cause my account got suspended for it. I thought I was careful but must have missed something.
Basically they said she violated some regulations by not reporting to the state within 10 days about the change in her income.

State cuts lottery winner's benefits
Sully, you make excellent points all the way through and Venom has some points as well.....The one issue I failed to see in the article was about personal integrity on her part to volunteer to get off the gov system of welfare...As far as the other guy mentioned in the article, I believe I recall him being interviewed and he claimed he asked the representative about being removed. He claimed at that time they told him he was okay to continue receiving benefits. I could be wrong on how that was p

Four years after drawing fiasco, Tenn. Lottery settles with tech firms
The lottery already did their little giveback to lottery players who got robbed during that period: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/165397
If you check the middle of that article, you will see the amounts the lottery gave back to players.
Remember, this event took place 4 years ago.
(Edit: I guess I can't count very well -- I changed the article headline to say FOUR years ago, not five. Duh.)

Gold Rush Tripler
Hey Rizz - There's an interesting article in the St.Pete newspaper Feb 11, 2011. Sheriff announces dozens of arrests in Lock Street inquiry
brief quote, Lock Street serves as the main drag through Tommy Town, home to migrant workers and the working poor.
The article goes on to talk about arrests of street gangs. Lock Street is where the big GRT winner has what - a store ??

Did Joan Ginther have a little help in her 4 lottery wins?
The Harpers article talks about how with help from the store owner she could have got inside info.
The week the article was to go to print, the store suddenly closed.
I'm assuming you mean inside info for the scratchers only. Also, how would the owner know which scratcher would be a winner?, because If he/she knew, they'd keep that info to themself, then find a trusting friend to cash it in and keep most of the profits.

NH Lottery to debut new scratch game
Just to clarify, I have no information other than what I read in the article.
But it doesn't seem to mention any contingency for awarding the $2 million other than giving the 5th finalist a shot at it.
What I said is just my opinion from what I read in the article.

A Wheel Question...
P.S. I'm really surprised you linked to Scoblete's article. I think the joke's on you; I didn't find a dispute. Scoblete delineated the various types of gamblers. Highly recommended!
http://scoblete.casinocitytimes.com/article/math-is-truly-annoying-59986
Sadly the 'inspired,' 'intuitive' and 'angry' players don't want to be shackled by the math. It annoys them no end to think that there is a very simple way to look at the games and that the casinos and the savvy players have figured this

Canada couple loses out on $1.64M jackpot
Did we read the same article? Here's what it said in the one I read:
While the Clancys regularly contributed when jackpots exceeded $10 million, they had stopped going to the club and weren't present when money was collected for the Nov. 23, 2007, draw.
They were contributing to the cost of tickets, but didn't pay ahead of time for that particular drawing. If they weren't there when money was collected for previous drawings but contibuted their share for (losing) tickets after the fact I
