HOw to get the 3 numbers in Pick3: Check your State Previous Pick4 & Pick3
i also should had known, tell me, WHAT PERSON in their right mind starts a bussiness and doesnt get insurance to pay all the people that come up with a system...Again they dont get insurance because they want you to expose your system here in LP or they keep tabs on you wherever you are...dude, NO INSURANCE...
and you know what i just realized???another reason they may want to keep tabs on people is because 1 thing you can buy with a pick3 win is: WEAPONS/GUNS....
how many elderlies in the

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
I mentioned the 46 combo wheel and I've used it because it has superior coverage over purchasing 46 QPs. The MM site gives the odds of having the bonus ball at 1 in 75 so it's obvious the odds of purchasing 46 QPs and having all 46 bonus balls is much higher. The wheel uses all 56 wps and though I'd probably get all 56 wps purchasing QPs, it's no guarantee.
It appears that they base their claims of PP's superiority over QP's on how many winning numbers are contained in their picks regardless

winner1313 and his phi idea
The concept of the Golden Ratio is from the Fibonacci sequence which is nature's version of a pseudo-random number generator. It's what determines how a tree will spread it's branches and leaves out to maximize exposure and many of the proportions that are attractive to us are of that golden ratio. With stocks, they attempt to match ratios of trends to multiples of the golden ratio in the believe that there is a fractal base to the apparent chaos and that would tend to exhibit features in the go

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
I'm with you, all I can seem to string together are 3 of 5's, which I pretty much do by hand and not even wheeling! And I have to add that wheeling such a set does really work, but over the long haul, and maybe 3 or 4 times over the course of a year which you can see by backtesting. Hence the similarity to the lock n load theory, so that's why I like the idea of putting the all-time hotties into a couple of overlapping wheels along with those favorite friends and keep those as let's say base whe

$300,000,000 Jackpots
It's hard to tell if the cross-selling of Powerball and Mega Millions tickets will increase or decrease the chances of a $300 million annuity jackpot. On the one hand, more players playing increases the chances of a jackpot being won on any given draw. On the other hand, a jackpot run doesn't have to survive as long to get to $300 million. That being said, it's more likely that Powerball will crack $300 million than Mega Millions, because of 1) the obvious - Powerball can get a larger annuity ou

Karnac
Great posting! I'm impressed with your ideas. I guess you must have given quite some time to test what could work best. Basing number selection on GH smart picks is definitely no go as they indicate far too many numbers to make it feasibile.
As to the repeat numbers I see that in my game double repeats nearly never happen. Ok, next vital question.. What game range should I look at when choosing best pairs? All the history( I got more than 2000 games file), 100 games or 50 or somethi

How To Reduce More The Odds??
I didn't know this had a name but I stopped wheeling awhile ago and prefer to make my own combinations.
I don't base mine on the type and style that have been winning but rather a combination of things like:
If I feel very strongly about a certain number I may play it in all my combos
If I think a number in the 30's is gonna hit and I chose 32 35 37 I may play 32 35 in one line 32 37 in the next
If a consecutive number is due I may play for example 17 18 on one line 18 19 on the next

Good people bring good things
I read about the L-Trans explanation and I understand it, but that does not explain how to understand the:
Even 1-2
Odd 1-2
High 1-2
Low 1-2
Filter suggestions there, nor the L-Trans Index of the straight predicted numbers on such of
your posts that I saw, they don't have the same L-trans numbers for the same digits.
According to the L-Trans explanation each digit always has the same Index number unless you change the Base
for the set of numbers of that game.

Pick 5 - Cold Fusion System
I think I see your confusion. Allow me to elucidate.
By tracking four (or more) patterns with either zero or one and then converting those two digits from left to right into decimal, we get a number. Something like the following
Cold Base Odd/Even Decimal
0 1 1 = 3
1 1 1 = 6
1 0 1 = 4
and so on. Having gathered lots of these binary/decimal numbers we can get a feel for what will come next or what will not come next.
What this allows us to do is get above the numbers.
