For scratchers, I do not have a clue. For Powerball, Mega Millions, and other draw games the only thing that matters is the numbers you have on the ticket, not where you buy it. The luck part comes into play when you choose the numbers to put on the tickets. Best wishes to you wherever you choose to buy your scratchers or draw game tickets.

Maybe someone should create a forum or blog where people can upload their state's Powerball bet slips. I assumed they were all the same. I use an app on my phone to check the results of the big games. When I saw that they were 89 match 5 winners, I thought it was a typo! I've never seen an amount like that.
