formula for predicting lottery numbers
What I am saying is that plugging a number into an EQUATION and getting a result that will be the next winning number is IMPOSSABLE.
Not if the equation that determined the final set to be played was an equation that adapted with every winning number. It morphed accordingly. Not stationary. That kind of program would be unbelievable. Possible, yet unattainable with the current technology.
The problem is replacing the important variables with the correct numbers.
Nothing is impossible.

Lottery Revenue Targets
I voted other. I would have added police, fire fighters, and public libraires to the list.
I once wrote the Illinois lottery about somethinglike this. I suggested such a list on the playslip or back of the ticket,
Should my $1 not win, I'd like it to go to......... .
They replied and said it wasn't possible to fdo that. I say baloney, the technology exists.
Ironically though, now Illinois has scratchers for MS research, Veterans, a few others.

I agree as well and will be posting some predictions on various states soon but, they will be posted in this area of the forum...not the prediction room. Yeah, I do have more lines than the room will accommodate but probably not many more than others. Also, I'm not quite the Platinum Member which allows those 50 or so lines.
Now, mind you, due to the extreme filtering of the sets the consistency I spoke of before will not prevail in these dry runs . Although my picks will be custom tailored f

Site downtime Wednesday evening
Oh my gosh Raven, of course the data center has a UPS system! There are several tiers of UPS systems, in fact.
I don't really take these kinds of things personally, but geez, do you think I'm on the junior varsity team or something?
I'm guessing you don't follow events in the technology industry, because if you did you'd know that even computer giants like Google with multi-billion-dollar IT budgets have outages occasionally. The entire Google mail system went offline recently for several

The Mega Millions is Fixed
Why would it be fixed anyway? Do certain people (their friends) get to see the 8 #'s?
if they see you post them they will change methods to throw you off, no?
Anyway this should be very interesting. Let's see what you pick. I will add them to my own.
You are smart not to share your technology; if everyone uses those 8 #s there will be 50 jackpot winners. However I have the option to write my own prg. to determine what is so special about those 8 #s. Unless it is fixed at the draw machin

Hello Sir. I welcome your response. I have a question for you, if you don't mind much. Please be honest with your answer, also. Do you along with all the other players share every single bit of technology which you have or discover regarding this game? Honestly. No serious gambler reveals all their secrets and methods once they discover that it works above and beyond conventional traits and trends. I think what you're saying is prove it so you can use it which I suppose is fair game.
Listen,

The proposed contract, whi

Do you still feel the same about Cash Option or Annuity??
I'm asking in the current economic enviroment is your opinion of Cash Vs. Annuity still the same? I ask this because of the fluctuating stock market and states like California asking for Bailouts.
My thoughts are I wouldn't trust the state to control my money and dole it out to me. As a voluntary tax I doubt many tax payers would agree to send Millions of Dollars to a state lottery agency for their debt obligations. So While you probably would get your money eventually if worse came to
