I've always thought that all final drawings that we see on TV are pre-recorded. Does anyone know for sure about this ? I've always suspiciously assumed this and that they do this if a particular number has been bought a lot, they can quickly do another draw and record it in that time of 10:45pm to 11:20 pm or between 2:40 and 3:00pm for day draw. This would prevent good players from hitting big with 10 or 20 dollars exact straight on a number that actually hits exact. This would insure increases

I think it's a good thing, there is no limit to what some will do to get the identity of a winner. If you want to stay hidden wear a cap and don't look up when you are buying the tickets. Also don't park near the front of the store, as cameras can record your car and license plate. Know where the security cameras are located before hand. This is just a fleeting thought.. but don't you find it interesting how this PB jackpot managed to grow with no winner for like 18 drawings, even though they raised the numbers by 10 which increased the odds dramatically?
