It's when you enter a losing scratch ticket into a drawing. Well in Massachusetts I entered 45 drawings and lost. I have hundreds of entries for each drawing but the same people always win.

idk that number was for midday, i would have to do the work out to know. I use day numbers for midday night numbers for the night drawing. Playing the night drawing off of the midday number has never work for me.
