What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
I have tickets which at the time, doesn't have the time of purchase printed on them,.. So, why now all of a sudden, they started printing the rime of purchase on them...if no terminals will accept any bet slips after cutoff time,.. What gives? What do y'all think?
