When I apply filters to all numbers abbreviated wheels I usually lose the win guarantee because the filters apply to all 6 numbers but not to the 3, 4, or 5 numbers I'm trying to match. The better way would probably be to first apply the filters to all the combinations and then extract all the combinations with the 3 if 6 guarantee from that. Matching 3 only pays $2 so if the idea is to use all 49 numbers, a smaller combination 2 if 6 of 49 might be a better starting point. I experimented wit

I concur with MadMike. No reason that a POOL is any different then one lonesome dove hitting it. the odds dont change. It takes ONE TICKET with the Correct combo :) Not a fan of the 12.7 jackpot share. The Limo thing is a bit much. Lo Key and Lo profile will produce a safe lifestyle...(IMHO).

Yes, too much money, besides he would need to play that much money from 2 to maybe 8 times before he wins for the first time. And he would need a fairly big pool of people, maybe from 25 to 50 people or so. Reductions with good software might be possbile as I will try to explain later today. I will give filters ideas.

one of the forms I am aware of at one of Pa's racetracks uses a 1099 to be filed. The racetrack has a regulation that they are obligated to retain the 25% taxation and file it with your information( if the win is 2500 or above). At the end of each year you receive a win/loss sheet if you want and then when filing tax it can be given back as a refund (if you calculated correctly and had enough write offs...). There is a lesson to be learnt here. If you are going to pool with friends, family or foe always have everything in writing and signed by all parties. This way it keep a bit of honesty if you ever win a large sum. I dont care for dishonest people, I beleive that if you make an agreement with someone you should follow through with it. your word should be your bond. Maybe because not every state has a group claim or pool form and those that do vary including having to fill it out and file it before playing, and everyone shares evenly. Check with your lottery web site, call the office, if you get someone that only thinks they know the answer ask for someone who actually knows and get a copy.
