OkI'm for computerized drawings but I don't like the machine - ball or computerized manipulation. In Texas I have played all the games since they began and all I am seeing is ball result manipulation by machine and ball rotation in pretest draws. Less than 40% of sales to the players really stinks.The 10 to 12 jump is just due to sales. If they sell more (like after a large jackpot is won) it goes from 10 to 13 or higher.While CA's lottery may not go to 100 million as often I'm just tired of people whining about megamillions or powerball's odds. The sales don't support a higher starting jackpot. The problems with the games getting hit more often is a flaw in the current games not the starting pot. Only way to change it is to change the game (or the price of the game). I've been hoping they change either game for quite a while now. Actually I'm not tired of states copying game styles. The thing I'm tired of if states paying different amounts of jackpots for the same games. I think all pick 3 and pick 4 games should pay the same in each state. I also think the prize for the game should be more for the harder it is to win the jackpot. example in Ky they have Tic Tac Cash where if you get 7 Tic Tac Toe lines in a row you win the jackpot of $25,000. There is no such thing as infinite randomness! If one observes any random dvent for a while one is able to make good guesses or predictions! Lottery system Designers and Mathematicians know this. Yes it says the same thing in Lottery Master Guide, among the info I posted earlier. Hmm her book was revised in 2003, and the NY Lotto QP info was from 1996. It doesnt say what date her Canadian QP info is from. I believe she is on the up and up from the actual jackpot winners she has written about, plus her media interviews and face-to-face lectures.
