Probability of a rollover in PB and MM
It is probably premature to post this, but the overall probability of the lottery growing past the $162 million jackpot we enjoyed at the end of the year, assuming the jackpots increase at the same rate they did then, seems to be in the neighborhood of 40%.This would involve three more rollovers.

MM sets a new record
With MegaBall and PowerBall having similar cash values, less out of state players have a reason to play, especially those from states that have one of the multi-state games. So each game jackpot will increase at the similar rates until one is won.RJOh

What a program needs to be good ...
RJOh.. I read your post here. And your right. Lottos are random. But you can increase your chances of winning. If you Track Numbers (Hot Numbers), Calculate Possible Patterns, or what ever you use. It will increase the ODDS. See it is more than common sence that if low numbers have hit in the last week..then high numbers are due to hit. Thats what makes it RANDOM. You get three (3) days of lows and you say.. oh I am going to play low cuz two (2) weeks ago this happend and they stayed low

Powerball and Mega Millions Merge
with that many states in the mix you would probably get up to 50% of the possible numbers covered,,,you would have to restructure the game. No, lets just increase it at one state per year...

canada 6/49 prediction!!
i cant speak for guru but personally i have thought of the same thing i think best would be to stick to the original 10 numbers and work with them because if you add extra numbers the cost will increase or you will have to play a larger wheel and the prize return may not be as much example a 4/6 wheel for 12 numbers cost $6 but you are only guaranteed 4 numbers if the full 6 are in your wheel
