Urgent: N.Y Lottery Quick Draw and RNG..
Hi I know the N.Y lottery Quick Draw (the keno game that is played every 4 minutes in New York) is computer generated using a RNG. Is there any record as to which RNG / PRNG (pseudorandom number generators) the NY Lottery uses to generate their Quick Draw lottery numbers? I am aware that there are various PRNG available such as Blum Blum Shub, Mersenne twister and many others. My question is, which one of these (if any) does the NY lottery use? Or does it use a hardware based RNG?

I agree about a step by step, reader friendly tutorial. For example: Step 1. record draw Step 2. use substitute Step 3. Apply alphabet Something in that nature. I'm really having a lot of interest in this system but I'm so disappointed... I can't do it. I know there's no math, mirrors, or hot/cold maneuvers used, but wow, this is harder than math, lol.
