In theory after they Draw a 3 or a 6 its usually followed by a zero most of the time within the next draw or 2. I am not sure of who's theory it is but I back tracked florida and it was pretty much on the $.Its funny how so many 3's and 6'swere drawn and no zero's.

Funny you mention secret societies. Last week I read that all the JP winners across the country are either directly involved with the Illuminati, or closely related. Now I know why an investigation never took place.
