Okay, so there's only 15 Vtracs. That's better than having to work with 25 of them like I had. The program's wheel's would have to be extended, I think, though. I always say that anything is possible. Check out what's been going on in GA, MO, NJ, and anywhere else IL numbers seem to come from. Just from analyzing multiple states, trips don't usually come out right away, but it can happen. Well, it doesn't happen often in Ohio anyway, lol.
