Why wont states get away from computer picking the winning numbers and back to a manual picking syst
We have another winner!!! Do you not know that WE OWN THE LOTTERY? If we don't play they have no games and, consequently, neither do we. I said a very long time ago that if folks wanted changes in the lottery then they'd need to take a serious stand and make a serious statement by not playing any games for a period of time. An abrupt and sustained drop in ticket sales would make HEADLINES in every single state 'cause there's power in numbers. But, kinda like RJOh eluded to, without enough folks

Delta
RJOH, I'm pleading ignorance in the first degree. Had to go back and reread Stack's post and realized he was talking the same thing just in different terms.
Seriously I'd get the e/o and h/l breakdown before doing the notation. Since you know the first number, you could add back to get the e/o and h/l breakdown. That's needless. Like a circle argument. I'd make the breakdown before getting the shorthand notation.

Extradition trial begins this week in $16.5M Hot Lotto fraud case
RJOh,
I almost never see a live drawing Xcept PA has theirs on just before jeopardy, but I never have PA tix.
Jersey's draw comes on a diff. channel @ 7:59 PM and I always forget, by the time they draw MM and PB I'm asleep.
I was in Delaware to buy PB and MM cause they are anonymous, and bought a 10 draw advance on HOTLOTTO on a whim,
then looked it up here on LP, that's when I realized my mistake.
I suppose you're right about them dressing it up, sounds like that would

How is this not a massive fraud by the Florida Lottery?
Flalotteryscam,
A couple of slow re-reads of your post highlighted your concern about that particular scratch game
in your state. My favorite guru here, The Most Honorable RJoh, has a point also. Investigations cost
money, unless of course, a newspaper has a vested interest in scooping this story. Your observations
and concerns might be better directed to your State Attorney General, just saying!
We play hard earn money in these games, with a hope of a return on our financial outp

My numbers hit 3/4/15, at lastminute I blew off playing- I am devastated- help
RJOh,
Well said and hence the ridiculous odds.
Picking the correct numbers is like a lightening bolt on a sunny day burning your ball cap off your head with out sizzling a single hair and then actually playing the numbers the night they are drawn is like having that very same thing happen the next day to you again on your way to your mail box.
It is not just picking the numbers but actually playing them on the night they are drawn.
One lady played on a vacation the correct numbers- a

Stonito Lotto software
Hi Amanda,
Candidly I agree with RJOH, even decent software can help you organize a strategy playing tactics PERIOD
Just picture what would happen to Lotteries world wide if any Holy Grail programmable system could repeatedly WIN. Only the software sellers make money on product sales other wise they would play their own program not be bothered trying to marketl the stuff that dreams are made of
Have a better chance better off using Eastern European spiritual intuition meditation

Can lottery random be predicted?
RJOH
What weathermen do is weather prediction based on past, present facts and perhaps also on physics.
The lottery not being a weather phenomenon and not having as much to do with the elements can be to some extent predicted using the facts of the game:
The make-up of the particular lottery game and the past winning combinations that were produced by the drawings.
Stats can be produced from the make-up of a lottery game and from the past winning characters (numbers or whatever is us

How to Unseat Stack47 & Sergem from their Perch!
RJOh,
My suggested list of sets above were generated at Random.org. A system? I don't think so.
Again, systematic lottery play produces no better results than random selections.
Stack47's Perch is based on Hit ratios, not Prize ratios. There are no payoffs for high Hit ratios. His [roughly] 20% hit ratios and 50% prize ratios in the Georgia and Texas All or Nothing games are the probabilistically expected results of random play.
The fact that you don't understand what the sa

Quantum Mechanics
Stack47,
Note that RJOh also made other observations.
Everything you say about lottery games and gambling in general, we already know.
And yet, you (and RJ) persist in your belief that historical lottery data can help you predict future winning draws.
I'm sure that Psychologists have a name for that condition.
BTW, who are the rest of us, and how many of you are there?

Mathematics and the Lottery
RJOh,
Either:
1) You truly believe so strongly that there exists a way to beat the lottery that you suspect I'm fishing here for a system that works...
2) Or, you are just another manifestation of the person here with the strongest vested interest in maintaining doubt about the possibility of predicting future draws.
Others must decide.
And I notice bobby623 ignored my last post other than to use it to ramble on about substitution, which is an absurd idea.
