Back Testing Formulas
I agree, when you go back and test for combinations you already know will come up, it's not back testing. Going back and only using the data you knew before a drawing would be closer to back testing but that's harder so it's not done. All you confirm is what has happened in past drawings which is no guarantee that it will happen again in the next drawing.

Joeyd NY charts 2
Something different going on in the midday drawings . In the last 16 drawings , only twice has one digit repeated into the next drawing . That was the 977 to the 193 ( the 9 repeated) and 024 to the 507 ( the 0 repeated ) . Sometimes when this happens , a three-peat will occur . Either way , there should be a good run of at least one digit repeating into the next drawing and a few two digit repeats as well .

Iowa Lottery investigation highlights difficult balance between security and profits
It seems ironic that the lottery that was allegedly cheated by Tipton's manipulation of an RNG drawing claims that profit isn't a factor in their security decisions. Since they've publicly claimed that it's possible to do that the only rational conclusion when they don't switch to ball drawings is that they're willing to trade security for profit or they think that ball drawings are just as susceptible to manipulation. I think it's fairly easy to make an RNG much harder to tamper with, but I'm n

I believe the first time he ran his ticket 4 times for the same drawing. He's a CPA who claims to have a mathematical formula to win at the lottery. Personally, I think that's BS. He's just extremely lucky. Orrrrrrr as a CPA in Dane county he oversaw a lottery drawing at one time (CPA's often do that) and ?????

The 2015 tickets were all for the same drawing, I'm guessing that Verlyn picked his own numbers that day. It doesn't specify if all four tickets from August of 2008 were all for the same drawing, but I'm guessing they were as well.

I just wonder what method someone uses when they win multiple Super Cash jackpots. I don't remember anyone winning multiple jackpots over seperate drawings, but there was a case in Marshfield late last year where someone won the jackpot three times on the same drawing. Obviously, this winner had to have picked those numbers at least twice even if the third time was a quick pick. The odds are way too long for someone to have the same numbers come up three different times for the same drawing as q

Do you think the people conducting pre-draws know which numbers not to use in the final drawing? In other words, say the numbers 12. 17, 20 and 25 have been picked too many times that particular day so they keep pre-drawing until none of those numbers come up. Personally I don't believe this but it is food for thought . LOL

cant win PERIOD
i really dont go to that extreme mirroring flipping etc. Ill stick with match the same number from previous month and year and play it within 3 to 4 drawings of each other. The number might come out much later in the month but thats the chance you take . I have noticed that if a number came out straight in daily or evening drawing April 2016 it usually will come out in same drawing of the following year but then again that is not a guarantee either

I will have to look at your state. I don't have time to post for the midday drawing...if I see something it will be posted for the evening drawing

Do Hot and Cold Numbers Matter?
The short answer is no. They stand the same basic chance of hitting as any other set of numbers. Using the NY Pick 10 I use three different methods to look at what would be the results of 20 numbers in the next 100 drawing 1000 times. The three methods used to pick the 20 were: Hot and Cold from the last 50 drawings Using the winning numbers of the previous drawing Randomly picking 20 numbers The results were basically the same regardless of the method used. Hot/Cold Previou
