Paying a jackpot over 26 years is too long of a time frame
Well, I won't dwell on it, since last time it got me into some kind of weird debate with someone who went besserk, but it's only misleading if people don't read the rules which are printed on the cards and lottery web site which states a cash option.
I agree that the advertising makes the jackpot seem very inflated, but it's like the ad in the newspaper that says chairs from $99. The store might have only 1 chair that is $99 and every other chair is $599. As long as they have the $99 chair,

Can My Comapny Sue us For the Winnings?
Any company can fire an employee for violating the conditions of employment and sue them for damages. If a company allows personal use of company time and property, I don't see what's different about using it to play the lottery. If the policy is no personal use, there's your answer.
If a certain amount personal use is allowed, to be safe, ask your boss to join the pool. It's possible he could sue for part of the winnings because in exchange for allowing you to use his company's time and prop

Can My Comapny Sue us For the Winnings?
I am not a lawyer, but I do not think the company has any claim at all on your lottery pool winnings.
What they do have control over is use of company owned assets like email and scanning equipment. They cannot stake a claim on the winnings, but they can fire you for misuse of company property. The email system is company owned and you using it for personal use is not really acceptable. There are probably many precedents that would further impede a case, especially if many people at your comp

£10 million lottery winner blows fortune, in debt
The thing that gets me about alot of these big winners is how much money they give away. I don't understand why people do this. If I win, I don't plan to do this. If anyone asks me for money, they aren't getting any, period. Alot of the people they give money to probably wouldn't give them $5 to buy a fast food lunch if they were broke.
The way I look at is if would these people want to be around me if I didn't have the money? That question needs to be asked by alot of people who have anyt

gail howard another winner
I'm not sure if you misunderstood my post, it wasn't doubting whether the man actually won or not, but in response to the earlier post comparing GH's site to that of Lotto Cheetah. And I didn't think it necessary to go into all the details of the player, tools etc. It was a matter of using her wheel with the #'s provided without any extras (meaning no manipulation on my part, just the raw #'s in sequential order) to see where the winner fell.
I know first hand from winning, and many years of

trailor truck blocking path
I dreamed I was headed to a ballgame. Before the trip, I went in swimming in huge pool with my daughter. Afterwards we started through a tunnel to get to the game. A trailor truck was blocking the path. Our principal said I would have to have traffic to park and walk to the field.
I parked my car which was a Ford Escort in the dream. When I went back to put up some swimmng floats, I noticed that everyone had a car just like mine. Someone had taken off the license plates. The only way to find

Pick 3 Wheel
I need a Pick 3 wheel for 5 no.'s (no. pool is 0-9) producing 10 tics. What I'm looking for is a balanced wheel that produces a win if any 3 no.'s of the winning tic are in the string of 5 no.'s. I can't find one on this site. I'm not sure if I can make one out of Excel or not. I'm looking for a free one. Thanks.
(I've got one worked out on paper, but a comp. prog. would save sev. mins. ea. time)

Programs for dynamic wheel construction?
What do you mean by dynamic wheel construction? I assume when you're talking about a lottery wheel, you're talking about a group of combinations that guarantee a certain out come if certain conditions are true but once you filter out some of those combinations, the guarantee is also filtered out unless you reconstruct the wheel another way.
When I was into using wheelings, I used CoverMaster to create the basic wheel and when I replaced the wheel numbers with my numbers, many times I got com
