Hi again. Thanks for them reply's. It's good to hear all kinds of ideas, and also really good to hear opposing views and methods that can stem into something newely discovered. Best of luck playing those big lottos.
Another simple idea I thought is this:
In a 56 Number Pool (MM), every one of these numbers containing a single digit can be written as follows.
The numbers out of 56, containing the digit 1 For examble are: 1,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21,31,41,51(Thats a total of 14!)

quebec doubles
consecutive digit doubles out 52 draws..max 79(my versabet data base for QC is only 953 draws). longest double out is 8's 134 draws..max 209. due doubles are....0's..59 draws and 6's...23 days. the number hints for 500 have shown..yesterday...401..then 498 and 598. the 401 could be a fake 500. if we go with the..0..with 2 other numbers system that should bring doubles..we have....401...503...102...and 709...in the last 10 draws. possible doubles are...0's...1's...2's...3's..4's...5's..7's and 9'

Where are the 50,000 members?
Think of this site like a newspaper. For example, the Atlanta Journal/Constitution (also lovingly known as the Atlanta Urinal/Constipation due to it's liberal slant) has a subscription base close to a million (equate subscription base to be similiar to online membership). Now, consider this, just how huge would that paper become if each and every reader posted an article of say 500 letters. Also consider, many utilize this for informational purposes. Also consider that there are a huge number of

Ball-Drawn Raffles
Or you could simply base all of the prizes off of one single number like Quebec's la Mini.
And don't you mean to load one with 0 to 4, and the others 0 to 9?

Help JADELottery
Thoth,
After thinking about this a while and looking over some of the other posts, I think I have a solution. In order to solve this problem, I had to approach it from a different view. First, the fact that the numbers are being drawn by different states at different times on different days does not matter. Only the draw count of how many selections matter. A sample is a sample, regardless of it's source. If we look at the inverse of what you are doing by state, we can also ask the question,

From the Mega Millions website
Many people tell me I'm crazy for playing my personal numbers for so long. Maybe I am. (don't vote on this, please!) However, to me it's pure luck and one set of 6 numbers is just as good as another. Maybe pick-3 is different, but I don't see how a jackpot game like PB, MM (PMS, M-O-U-S-E) or even a State game like the 6/53 Florida Lotto can't be anything but luck of the draw, especially since almost everyone who wins here buys a quick pick.
On the other hand, I've always wondered about

Cash 5 Texas
I have a pencil/paper system I use for picking Texas Cash 5 numbers.
Basically, I keep track of the gaps, skips and combined gaps and skips using a fairly simple procedure.
Generally, I play 15 numbers, but I have wheeled 18 and 22 numbers. When playing 15 numbers, I chose 4 As (1-9), 4 Bs (10-19), 4 Cs (20-29), and 3 Ds (30-37.) If I play 18, I add one each to A, B,C.
I'm on a budget, so I only play 5 sets with 15 numbers. I usually will play 10 sets when I pick 18 or 22 numbers. I'

Why would you want the numbers drawn down to that detail?
The only thing I could think of would be to try and spot a pattern of + and - from number to number.
Say the numbers drawn were 1 8 23 29 32, but came out of the bowl in this order:
8 29 1 32 23
So that would be 8 (base) + 21 to get to 29, - 28 to get from 29 to 1, + 31 to get from 1 to 32, then -9 to get from 32 to 23, so it would look like this:
8 (base, first out) + 21 -28 + 31 -9.
I track

No delusion-100% winning method
The goal is not to play 220 numbers. At most 64 numbers. One number in my in the original base 10 or wrap method is the correct string to play across. One day i was able to filter my tickets to 50 possible numbers. The Deflation Tool on this website helped a lot. Along with some other modest filtering tecniques. It was very profitable. Again look a the pattern in my original manual base DSUM permutation
