Would an innocuous reply from a lottery official prompt YOU to initiate a Poll Thread about WINNING lottery systems? I would if they asked me to post the poll in exchange for an official State Lottery tee shirt and ball cap! Would YOU refuse to reveal what the lottery official said to you?
