This post is comming back to haunt me! Pick 3 is NOT rigged in Ohio! I know that now. The only reason that I thought it was possible was that I spent so much time studying the Ohio Lottery, that I never checked other states lotteries. I studied Ohio like crazy and totally ignored all the other states. But now I know what is normal. So Now that I did that, I know I was wrong. Hey, don't get me wrong. I like conspiracy theories as much as the next guy. But usually a conspiracy theory is backed up by some facts, not just allegations.Have lotteries been rigged before? Of course they have. The PA pick 3 was rigged for one draw years ago. The people got busted and went to jail. Big deal. There are corrupt people in all aspects of society.
