Lots of people probably thought live ball drawings couldn't be rigged in 1980 and the reason for all the pre-drawing test today. Just today a clerk was telling me how 4 minute Keno games are rigged because she heard a lottery official say those number were not suppose to be drawn. From there she determined all the results of daily Keno are known before the first drawing of the day.

I like to watch the drawing about an hour to an hour and half after the live drawing on the internet since it is not broadcast were I live in mcminnville, oregon. One thing I have noticed is the annuity is not even making it to the estimated jackpot lately. Out of the last three drawings two of them have come up short so I think that powerball is going to like being the only big jackpot now because they should not be falling short this wednesday night of $311 million.-weshar75

If the game has a drawing, how would anyone including the lottery know whether those tickets were winners or not? I don't understand, how are they able to do this if tickets purchased after the drawing aren't valid?
